Repairs

If you discover any K-Way item that you have purchased from Cape Union Mart to be faulty, you are able to apply for it to be repaired. The process is as follows:
- Take the faulty K-Way item to your nearest Cape Union Mart store.
- Give the K-Way item, together with a valid receipt, to the store manager.
- The store manager will send the K-Way item to the Cape Union Mart Repair Centre.
- The damaged K-Way item will either be repaired at the Cape Union Mart Repair Centre, or sent to the relevant supplier for replacement or repair.
- The fixed K-Way item is then returned to the store. The store manager will contact you to collect your K-Way item.
- The entire process normally takes between four and six weeks.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- Cape Union Mart and its suppliers will not replace/repair K-Way items that are deemed to have suffered reasonable wear and tear.
- If you do not have a valid receipt for the K-Way item in question, then you will need to pay a R100, non-refundable service fee.
- The process takes between four and six weeks to complete.
